RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

I. DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong one, so that we can evaluate issue and make it right.

II. RETURNS POLICY

1. Unopened product can be returned for full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase with proof.
2. Due to nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless for any reason you receive product that is different from the one you have purchased. We will be readied to issue full refund or exchange for suitable product within 15 days of your order receipt.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need receipt or purchase proof. The returns shipping fee is to be covered by customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
